The objective of this workshop is to provide participants with information on the importance of assessments before, during, and after the development of National Action Plans to provide not only the right context for NAP consultations but more specific and tangible next steps to implementing open data commitments toward greater efficiency and national prosperity. The World Bank’s Open Data Readiness Assessments (ODRAs) is one such tried methodology.
